About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Integrator to drive enterprise integration and modernization efforts across the Advanced Analytic Program Execution Office (PEO-AA). In this role, you will coordinate complex engineering activities across multiple organizations, ensuring systems and capabilities are developed, integrated, and delivered efficiently. As a trusted partner to Government Office and Division Chiefs, you will help prioritize work, align resources, and resolve issues that impact enterprise-level engineering and integration. This position plays a critical role in modernizing mission capabilities, improving integration across the enterprise, and ensuring successful delivery of complex engineering initiatives that directly support national security objectives. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related STEM field - or 18 years of Lead Integrator experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 18+ years of experience in the engineering, design, analysis, and documentation of IT or related systems, including developing standards and guidelines across all phases of the system lifecycle.
  • 18+ years of experience supporting Government or industry programs within the DoD/IC Acquisition Process or PPBES.
  • Strong understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle.
  • Experience with AI/ML, Structured Observation Management, Exploitation, GIS, Intelligence Reporting, and automated Tipping & Queueing.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience working in an AGILE software development environment.
  • Active TS/SCI or eligibility to obtain SCI and successfully complete a polygraph.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including relevant processes, tools, and modeling languages.
  • Software Development Framework certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise planning and coordination for engineering and integration activities, ensuring alignment across diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Advise and support Government leaders by assessing, documenting, and tracking new engineering requirements.
  • Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to keep Government and Contractor teams informed on key systems engineering and integration efforts.
  • Support resource planning and analysis, helping the Government align personnel and funding to mission priorities.
  • Coordinate project schedules to ensure activities meet strategic objectives and defined timelines.
  • Plan and support major program reviews, including Systems Engineering Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews-managing logistics and preparing briefings and presentations.
  • Develop high-quality documentation, including reports, plans, records, and other systems engineering artifacts.
  • Provide change management guidance, identifying priority shifts, required skill sets, and resource realignment needs.
  • Synchronize engineering activities across the PEO, ensuring consistent prioritization and execution across all projects.
