About The Position

Job duties include being responsible for planning, organization and control of engineering tasks associated with the support of airborne testing to include signal development, equipment design, integration and adaptation of various test equipment. The candidate will evaluate current test equipment, make recommendations for future expansion, coordinate test activities and resolve engineering design issues concerned with technical development. The candidate will set the highest ethical standards for self and others and perform other duties as assigned. As a member of the Multi-Sensor Test Facility test engineers will be assigned to support engineering development efforts for assigned programs and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for the technical performance of the program, airborne testing and the technical interface to the Program Management Office for the MSTF. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and operation of COMINT and ELINT Emitters, RF signal development and programing. Must be willing and able to work other shifts, weekends and overtime as required. The ideal candidate would have prior RF test range experience. Must be willing and able to travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a similar field with a minimum of 9 years of prior related experience, Graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Experience with Testing of ELINT/COMINT systems.
  • Must be willing and able to work other shifts, weekends and overtime as required.
  • Must be willing and able to travel.
