For more information, please visit us at vallevistahospital.com POSITION SUMMARY: The Team Lead of Intake is responsible for performing the duties of an Intake Clinician as well as overseeing the functioning of the Access Center in accordance with current standards of mental health practices and facility policy, goal and objectives. Duties include performance of initial evaluations as well as coordinating patient flow, updating bed boards and ensuring census is completed, monitoring direct referrals, and ensuring that general intake work is completed appropriately during their time of supervision. Work Location: 898 East Main Street, Greenwood 46143 Work Hours: Monday – Friday 1:00pm to 9:30pm - No weekends.

Requirements

• Education/Licensure: Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field, or RN.
• Experience: Licensed in field, preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Additional Requirements: Previous experience in mental health field, preferred.
