About The Position

The Lead Installer is responsible for leading and executing window and door installations in accordance with Renewal by Andersen standards. This role sets the tone for on-site workmanship, drives customer satisfaction, and ensures high-quality outcomes on every project. You'll mentor Installation Helpers, uphold safety and quality benchmarks, and maintain exceptional homeowner experiences from start to finish.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of window and door installation experience preferred
Demonstrated job-site leadership ability
Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in varied outdoor and indoor conditions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Lead installation projects from setup through completion
Ensure all installations meet Renewal by Andersen quality and process standards
Direct, train, and coach Installation Helpers on proper techniques and procedures
Review scope of work and identify potential challenges prior to installation start
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job site environments
Communicate job progress and issues to the Installation Supervisor or Project Manager
Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Minimize service callbacks, remakes, and return visits
Serve as a quality example and mentor for other crew members
