Requirements

Customer friendly and team orientated.
Advanced carpentry skills. (5+ years experience)
Strong background in home remodeling or construction.
Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Positive attitude and ability to guide the team.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
Pass a pre-employment DOT physical and non-DOT drug test.

Responsibilities

Assign work, train and mentor door installers on installation techniques and product knowledge.
Repair, adjust, and maintain broken or malfunctioning door components.
Provide customers with cost estimates and clear explanations of repair or installation procedures.
Maintain project documentation, including accurate installation paperwork and quality site photos.
Ensure safety by following guidelines, using protective equipment, and assisting management in promoting a safety culture.
Deliver excellent customer service and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
