Requirements

  • Customer friendly and team orientated.
  • Advanced carpentry skills. (5+ years experience)
  • Strong background in home remodeling or construction.
  • Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Positive attitude and ability to guide the team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Pass a pre-employment DOT physical and non-DOT drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Assign work, train and mentor door installers on installation techniques and product knowledge.
  • Repair, adjust, and maintain broken or malfunctioning door components.
  • Provide customers with cost estimates and clear explanations of repair or installation procedures.
  • Maintain project documentation, including accurate installation paperwork and quality site photos.
  • Ensure safety by following guidelines, using protective equipment, and assisting management in promoting a safety culture.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
