As part of the Customer and Market Insights team at Chick-fil-A, it is our role to power Customer-informed decisions by providing meaningful insights that fuel innovation around service, product development, messaging, and experience. The role of Lead Insights Analyst for Customer & Market Insights is integral in informing marketing decisions by linking Customer behavior to business results. This role will be responsible for providing insights that guide intentional growth through Chick-fil-A’s digital experiences. We are looking for someone with a passion for using analytic tools and techniques to drive insights that will influence and power business decisions through effective partnerships with internal stakeholders.
