Requirements

  • Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees prospecting and lead generation to support growth objectives.
  • Manages complex pricing strategies and margin governance to ensure profitability.
  • Directs inventory management and monitors turns to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Supports onboarding of new associates to promote seamless integration.
  • Resolves customer service issues and tracks order management for transparency.
  • Coordinates shared operational tasks to maintain dependable service delivery.
  • Functions as an Inside Sales contributor when needed to ensure service continuity.
  • Assists with training and development of associates to build team capability.
  • Mentors underperforming associates to improve results and uphold standards.
