Requirements
- Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.
- Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities
- Oversees prospecting and lead generation to support growth objectives.
- Manages complex pricing strategies and margin governance to ensure profitability.
- Directs inventory management and monitors turns to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Supports onboarding of new associates to promote seamless integration.
- Resolves customer service issues and tracks order management for transparency.
- Coordinates shared operational tasks to maintain dependable service delivery.
- Functions as an Inside Sales contributor when needed to ensure service continuity.
- Assists with training and development of associates to build team capability.
- Mentors underperforming associates to improve results and uphold standards.
