Impact you’ll make Maximize production uptime by rapidly pinpointing and resolving equipment issues. Own changeovers and rebuilds: set up, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble complex machinery. Deliver expert mechanical work—fabrication, assembly, welding, burning, and cutting. Execute electrical tasks: motor/fuse/cable changes, conduit runs, and wire pulls. Run a disciplined PM program that prevents failures and extends asset life. Support installation and startup of new equipment. Apply continuous improvement to optimize processes, line layouts, and SOPs. Maintain PM logs, manage tool crib readiness, and support OTC compliance to CFR 210/211. Assist with facilities equipment (boilers, air handling units, and HVAC). Record all maintenance activities for traceability and insights. Standardize setups with clear setup sheets to replicate results across campaigns. Use OEM manuals and technical references to guide safe operation and maintenance. Initiate purchase requisitions to keep critical spares and materials on hand. Provide after‑hours assistance when needed (e.g., fire alarm or security system issues). Serve as a technical resource, answering maintenance questions across the plant. Champion OSHA compliance for equipment and facility; maintain required documentation. Who you are Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: 5–7 years in a manufacturing maintenance role; GMP familiar. Troubleshooter: mechanical, electrical, pumps, and high‑speed equipment. Team‑first: energized by a fast‑paced, collaborative culture. Flexible: willing to work outside standard hours as needed. Core shifts: 1st (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) and 2nd (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). Preferred coverage: swing schedule spanning portions of both (9:00 AM–6:00 PM). Packaging and process systems you know Bottle/jar filling: Packaging Dynamics, Elgin piston, piston fillers, rotary fillers. Tube packaging: COESIA Kalix tube fillers; ultrasonic sealing. HFFS: Bartelts (liquid and powder). VFFS: Prodo Paks. Pre‑made pouches: PSG Lee. Pumping systems: Axiflow, diaphragm, positive displacement. Cartoners and end‑of‑line: Videojet case labelers, case tapers, case erectors. Blending tanks.
