Position Overview The Lead Implementation Project Manager is responsible for both partnering with the Director of Implementation and working independently/primarily autonomously to ensure smooth implementation of services for new accounts and the installation of expanded services for existing customers. Work with internal and external teams to lead activities, manage timelines and expectations on all assigned projects.
