We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst with a strong focus data quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a strong drive for optimization and a desire to learn and collaborate cross functionally. This role will be on the Global Enterprise Technology Solutions newly formed data quality team and will partner closely with our ServiceNow development team as well as our key stakeholders across R&D, Risk and Reliability and Global Security. In this position you will be identifying data gaps, implementing solutions for data clean up as well as designing controls to ensure data remains accurate and governed. In this role, you will lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for data quality improvements within Technology. You will collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality gaps, understand root cause and recommend processes to rectify. You will develop KPI's and reporting to showcase data health. You will analyze large data sets to determine data inconsistencies and gaps. You will partner across R&D to educate on the importance of data quality and facilitate the actual clean up of stale data. You will create requirements for the development teams to roll out data attestation features that will ensure accountability across the enterprise. Requirements

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data query practices to analyze, manipulate, and draw insights from large datasets
  • Experience creating KPI dashboards in BI tool such as PowerBI
  • Experience problem solving and collaborating with cross functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with ServiceNow and the CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
  • Experience with the Data Management Tool, Anomalo

Responsibilities

  • You'll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete. You will also participate in other agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos, where you will present your work to up to 90 stakeholders.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
