Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management, coaching, employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee development. Ensure a positive and compliant work environment through consistent application of HR policies and adherence to federal and state employment laws, OSHA, EEO, AA, and ITAR requirements. Support site learning and development programs, including pay for skill initiatives, front line leadership training, and other key development activities; continuously evaluate and enhance program effectiveness. Assist with internal and external compliance audits and regulatory reviews as required. Demonstrated process-oriented approach with the ability to standardize work and promote continuous improvement using Lean management tools. Strong analytical ability, including identifying trends, relationships, and root causes to solve complex problems. Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound, timely decisions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, leadership, and presentation skills. Ability to influence and drive results across cross-functional teams without direct authority. Broad HR functional knowledge with experience supporting organizational effectiveness initiatives. Current knowledge of federal and state labor laws, OSHA, EEO, and Affirmative Action requirements. Basic Qualifications (Required): Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 3 years of human resources experience OR Master's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years of human resources experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
