About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to join their team in Baton Rouge. This is a direct hire, full-time position with competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. The role is for an overnight shift, specifically Sunday through Wednesday from 6 PM to 5 AM. The company is willing to train the right individuals. This position is assigned to the Operational Division and will be responsible for daily operations and quality control at the assigned account. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a background in Janitorial
Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience
Must provide a local criminal background search and submit to a nationwide check by the company
Have no misdemeanor convictions for any crimes of moral turpitude
Understand that the criminal background search can cause Sizemore to release you from the company if something is found on that goes against company policy
Must submit to and return acceptable scoring on designated testing
Must pass a drug screen
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication
Must be willing to work at any hours the job requires
Be willing to participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled
Must possess good problem-solving skills
Read and comprehend policies and procedures written or spoken in English
Must possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations and be able to multi-task
Communicate utilizing the English language and interface effectively in a pleasant, “Customer Service” tone, whether the individual is an internal or external customer
Possess patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as diplomacy and professionalism when dealing with any person in the work environment, no matter the circumstances
Adhere to all safety requirements of Sizemore
Operate specialized equipment when trained and authorized with no issues
Must have reliable transportation
