Requirements
- Previous custodial supervisory experience is required
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage priorities
- Physical ability to perform manual labor throughout the day
- Passion for cleanliness, organization, and teamwork
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of related custodial experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff
- Plan weekly work schedules and manage supply inventories
- Perform daily custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window washing, trash removal, and more
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in common areas, offices, stairways, and restrooms
- Conduct property inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Support snow and ice removal efforts as needed
- Ensure compliance with RISE policies and training standards
