About The Position

This role will consist of: Main contact point for Guardian / Conservator team members in order to provide effective guidance in day-to-day job responsibilities. Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Assist in the discovery of training needs. Provide coaching. Listen to team members feedback providing options to resolve any issues or conflicts. Duties are in addition to current Guardian/ Conservator case load. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or other relevant field or 4 years experience in closely related field with similar clients and similar decision-making capacity.
  • Two years experience as a Guardian/Conservator.
  • Valid driver’s license and DHS background check.
  • Extreme detail attention to communications, accurate and timely documentation and billings.
  • Clear and unbiased thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Assessment skills.
  • Sound judgment regarding best interest of client, major financial transactions, and life & death situations.
  • Able to recognize dangerous situations (for client and for self).
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills in similar role within a similar field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by setting a good example and engages the team to achieve goals.
  • Able to determine priorities and manage time appropriately.
  • Sound judgment regarding best interest of clients.
  • Nationally Certified in role as Guardian Conservator by NGA.
