About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to act as a strategic analytics partner for revenue leadership, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that directly impact business performance. You will own forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory and quota planning, headcount modeling, and compensation execution, while partnering cross-functionally to optimize go-to-market strategies. Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Planning, or related fields, ideally within B2B SaaS or tech
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Tableau
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota planning, headcount modeling, and compensation cycles
  • Experience producing executive-ready reporting and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in complex datasets
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect data insights to operational and strategic priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a focus on scalable, efficient processes

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner to senior Revenue leaders, providing insights and operational visibility across new, retention, expansion, and renewal motions
  • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reporting to track revenue performance and pipeline health
  • Deliver data-backed recommendations and escalate actionable insights to executive stakeholders
  • Partner across Revenue, Finance, and RevOps teams to support territory planning, quota allocation, headcount modeling, and compensation execution
  • Drive AI adoption and automation for pipeline operations, campaign analysis, and reporting efficiency
  • Lead and support quarterly and annual planning efforts, providing data-informed insights for target setting, revenue modeling, and resource allocation
  • Enable a self-service analytics culture by promoting adoption of BI tools and dashboards, making insights consistent, accessible, and actionable
