About The Position
Workiva is seeking a Lead Growth Marketing Manager to create and manage the design and expansion of emerging use cases and solutions globally, from concept to launch. This highly cross-functional role partners with leaders across the business to identify or strengthen market position, increase awareness, and generate demand for our industry-leading offerings. As a full-stack growth marketer, this role will identify opportunities, build business cases, execute strategic plans, and report on business impact. The Lead Growth Marketing Manager will drive innovative product marketing strategies and act as a catalyst for change.
