We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. Google is at a transformative moment as it leverages AI to accelerate corporate functions, and the Finance Procurement organization is highly motivated to transform. The mission of the Procurement Engineering Organization is to transform Google’s procurement from a fragmented, manual "tax" on productivity into an intelligent, autonomous ecosystem that prioritizes speed and compliance. This transformation is anchored in a shift toward an event-driven architecture and a "Digital Workforce" of AI agents, which will move the organization from managing volume to "Intelligent Orchestration". In this role, you will lead a team of product managers and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to drive the product strategy that enables this transformation. This role is highly cross functional, requiring stakeholder management across Corporate Engineering, Core, Finance, Extended Workforce, and Legal teams. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Source-to-Pay systems.

• Experience achieving goals in an innovative and changing environment, including evolving product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.
• Define, lead, and execute a cohesive product strategy for Procurement Orchestration, Intelligence and Third Party Risk Management, collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and technologies.
• Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product goal and strategy.
• Understand markets and customer/user requirements in depth.
