Lead Groundskeeper
About The Position
We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12. The Lead Grounds Worker is responsible for leading the Grounds team, maintaining the exterior grounds of the facility, performing snow removal, delivering interoffice mail and food, and providing upkeep to the Dome. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently in various weather conditions, and performing irrigation maintenance tasks. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Pass physical requirements evaluation.
