About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to represent Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing at a local Costco location. In this role, you’ll create friendly conversations with members, share information about Sierra’s HVAC services, and schedule appointments for service, diagnostics, or replacement estimates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with others, wants to build confidence in customer-facing roles, and is motivated by both personal and income growth. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Start friendly conversations with Costco members about their home comfort needs
• Share information about our HVAC services, programs, and promotions
• Schedule qualified appointments for service, diagnostic assessments, or replacement estimates
• Represent Sierra with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a helpful attitude
• Work toward clear appointment-setting and conversion goals
• Build confidence and skills in communication, customer outreach, and sales
