About The Position

Plymate, Inc. is seeking a B2B Lead Generation Specialist to strategically identify, develop, and generate new business partnerships. Plymate is a recognized leader in the textile industry, offering full-service uniform rental and mat solutions, as well as a range of ancillary services across diverse markets, including manufacturing, distribution, and industrial segments such as machine shops, transportation/logistics, and food processing. Secondary markets include municipalities, schools, higher education, trades, and medical/pharma sectors. We are looking for a results-driven professional with a proactive, outbound approach to generating leads, developing target prospects, and re-engaging previously targeted accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in inside sales or lead generation and will thrive in a performance-based environment with opportunities for incentives and bonuses based on results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound inside sales.
  • Strong phone and email communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse decision-makers.
  • Experience working in a CRM environment and managing sales activity metrics.
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and consultative approach to prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Proactively qualify, influence, and develop new and existing opportunities via phone and digital channels. Maintain consistent daily activity with CRM tracking. Make 50+ outbound calls daily to generate approximately 5+ qualified first appointments per week for our Territory Sales Representatives.
  • Project-Based Campaigns & Sales Administration: Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiatives. Manage CRM records, conduct prospect research, and assist in marketing campaigns to build and sustain the sales pipeline.
