Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Tech-Forward Prospecting: Use AI-powered tools, data insights, and automated workflows to identify target accounts.
  • Personalize outreach at scale using modern digital communication tactics.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads using AI-driven scoring and prioritization.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure high-value accounts move through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Mentorship & Skill Building: Work directly with top advisors to learn how they build relationships, grow books, and win big.
  • Use technology to accelerate learning, track performance, and refine your approach.
  • Sales Ops & Workflow Excellence: Execute structured sales processes with precision using CRM and AI-enabled systems.
  • Provide insights to help optimize workflows, automation, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Advisor Career Path Development: Build the foundation to transition into a Client Advisor role: relationship building, tech-powered sales strategies, and long-term client value creation.
