Lead Generation Specialist – Bathroom Remodeling Greater Las Vegas Area Join a long-standing bathroom remodeling company and be the face of our brand! We are seeking an upbeat, confident, and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys being on the move, and thrives in an energetic, customer-facing environment. What You’ll Do ● Actively showcase our state-of-the-art digital mobile bathroom showroom at retail locations ● Engage with potential customers and generate interest in our bathroom remodeling services ● Capture qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team ● Build positive relationships with store associates and mentor them on effective lead-generation techniques ● Represent our company professionally as a trusted vendor partner with a major home improvement retailer ● Rotate between 13 retail locations across the Greater Las Vegas area What We’re Looking For ● A positive, outgoing personality with strong people skills ● Excellent communication and presentation abilities ● High ambition, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn quickly ● Comfort working on your feet and actively engaging customers throughout the day ● Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations ● Previous lead generation, brand ambassador, kiosk, or retail experience is a plus—but personality and drive matter most Compensation & Growth ● Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses ● Strong earning potential for the right candidate ● Compensation details discussed in full during the interview ● Opportunity to grow with a well-established, long-standing company Ready to Apply?
