About The Position

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for innovative projects in the Web3 and AI ecosystems, driving lead generation and prospect qualification to fuel business growth. You will research, identify, and engage high-potential opportunities, using both manual outreach and automation tools to build a strong pipeline. Working closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams, you will ensure that qualified leads are nurtured and passed efficiently for conversion. This position offers a dynamic, remote-first environment where your work directly impacts partnership development, market positioning, and the adoption of emerging technologies. You will operate in a fast-paced, highly autonomous setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and shaping the strategy for high-value engagement. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or data research, ideally in Web3, AI, crypto, or blockchain domains.
  • Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, wallets, exchanges, and L1/L2 chains.
  • Proven success in high-value cold outreach, lead qualification, and passing qualified opportunities to sales teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, AI-driven outreach, automation tools, and account-based strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey value to prospects.
  • Self-starter mindset with high autonomy, organization, and responsiveness in remote-first, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving to optimize pipeline performance and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential Web3 and AI projects, protocols, and ventures for outreach and engagement.
  • Perform outbound prospecting across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct exploratory conversations to qualify leads and maintain regular touchpoints to move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Leverage CRM systems and automation tools to streamline prospecting, document activity, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and product teams to refine ICP, messaging, lead scoring, and support targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline metrics, outreach performance, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
