Requirements

You have 1+ years of Customer Service experience (if it was in a Call Center environment, even better!).
You’re articulate, energetic, and can build rapport with a stranger in seconds.
You can counter objections with a positive attitude and a smile.
Strong computer skills and the ability to juggle data entry while talking.
You’re self-motivated, manage your time like a pro, and love hitting (and exceeding) goals.
High School Diploma/GED and a background check.

Responsibilities

Manage high-volume outbound calls and SMS (text) to keep our sales pipeline overflowing.
Identify and qualify leads by chatting with farmers and ranchers to understand their unique needs.
Maintain clean, accurate records in our CRM so no lead gets left behind.
Collaborate with our experts to sharpen strategies and hit team targets.
