About The Position

WegoPro is a fast-growing travel technology company headquartered in Singapore and Dubai. As part of the Wego Group, the largest online travel marketplace in the MENA region, WegoPro is focused on simplifying, automating, and modernizing business travel through flexible, productivity-driven tools for modern organizations. The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated B2B lead generation campaigns that build a strong and consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for WegoPro. This role works closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, campaign optimization, and revenue contribution across defined market segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand or lead generation with hands-on ownership of direct response campaigns
  • Proven experience across email marketing, direct mail, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with a strong learning mindset

  • MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B lead generation campaigns including email marketing, mail sequencing, direct mail, webinars, and lead nurturing initiatives
  • Own lead nurturing strategies to drive engagement, pipeline quality, and continuous campaign improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to promote WegoPro and increase lead generation value
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers to understand conversion performance and develop mutual action plans to generate qualified leads
  • Support revenue objectives by contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the assigned territory, market segments, and competitive landscape
  • Apply a metrics-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and inform optimization decisions
  • Work with internal teams to maximize overall business development and campaign effectiveness
