About The Position

Are you confident on the phone, motivated by performance, and energized by a fast‑paced sales environment? We’re hiring Lead Generation Agents to be the first point of contact for consumers actively requesting insurance quotes. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping customers, qualifying interest, and earning based on results.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Call center, inside sales, or telemarketing experience
• Auto dialer or CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in insurance or solar sales is preferred

Responsibilities

• Contact inbound insurance leads using an automated dialer
• Handle 400–450 calls per day in a high‑volume call‑center environment
• Verify and confirm consumer‑submitted information
• Qualify interest and route high‑quality leads to licensed insurance agents
• Clearly explain next steps and set expectations
• Document call outcomes and lead status in CRM systems
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining a customer‑focused conversation
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals
