Requirements

  • Have proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in a customer service, technology or technical sales environment.
  • Possess strong sales, business development, marketing skills with the ability to keep leads engaged and interested in our services.
  • Have proficiency in English, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively market products and services to potential customers.
  • Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Be self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Have general intellectual curiosity (a positive approach with a healthy skepticism)
  • Microsoft proficient; must know MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the business process outsourcing industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Data mine lead sources for new contacts and transfer them to CRM platforms.
  • Utilize warm calling, telemarketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other business social platforms to identify new leads and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Engage with prospects to understand business needs and effectively communicate the value of Auxillium’s services.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for the leadership team.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Partner closely with the leadership team to develop and refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Work collaboratively as a key team member supporting the President and broader business development goals.
  • Perform CRM database management, including data entry, integration, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, including conversion rates, pipeline metrics, and sales opportunities.
  • Assist with the creation of email campaigns and other outreach efforts.
  • Build and expand Auxillium’s presence across business social media profiles.
  • Raise community awareness about Auxillium products and services.
  • Support other ad-hoc needs as required.
