We are seeking a Lead Front End Developer to join our Information Technology team at our corporate office in Springfield, MO. This role will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level tag management and analytics solutions. As the subject matter expert in modern JavaScript frameworks, including React, and Adobe Launch, you will guide the design and deployment of data collection systems that enable advanced digital marketing, analytics, personalization, and optimization initiatives. The Lead Developer will act as a key liaison between IT, Digital, Marketing, and business partners to ensure seamless data capture, accurate reporting, and scalable tagging practices that support enterprise goals.
