You’ll be serving both our internal team and external patients, ensuring operations run efficiently while creating a stress-free, compassionate experience. Responsibilities

• Arrive 15 minutes before the start time to ensure the front office is prepared to welcome patients.
• Work with a supportive and professional team who value growth and collaboration.
• Manage the care of patients who appreciate a holistic and personalized approach to dentistry.
• Create a welcoming office culture that eases anxieties and builds trust.
• Treat every patient like family, ensuring they feel respected, cared for, and understood.
• Train and coach team members to help them reach their potential.
• Connect with vendors and suppliers to ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
