About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Lead Front Office Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager in leading a team and providing great service and memorable experience to our guests.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor or similar role
  • Experience with hotel reservations systems
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Front Office Manager with maintaining standards of guest service quality, and keep staff informed of new policies and procedures
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities
  • Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc. in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Perform any other job related duties as assigned
