About The Position

As the Daytime Shift - Lead Foreman, Hood Cleaning Technician , you will be responsible for leading our daytime crew in maintaining and cleaning commercial kitchen exhaust systems. This includes power washing kitchen exhaust systems, managing job site setup and takedown, and maintaining equipment. You will play a critical role in driving excellence, ensuring safety, and leading a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Create client service skills.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and manage a team effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in managing night crews or overnight work preferred.
