Lead Foreman - HVAC Test & Balance (TAB)

Requirements
- Hands-on experience performing TAB work on commercial HVAC systems
- Proficiency with specialized tools such as airflow meters, digital multimeters, infrared cameras, leak detectors, and temperature-humidity meters
- Ability to produce accurate, complete TAB reports aligned with design intent
- One-year employment commitment applies for company-funded certifications
Nice To Haves
- NEBB or TABB Certified Professional preferred ; equivalent TAB experience accepted with commitment to certify
- Experience leading crews, coordinating field work, or serving in a foreman or lead technician role (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, high-quality TAB readings and reports that meet engineered design intent
- Verify HVAC system performance and ensure proper balancing, documentation, and commissioning support
- Plan, coordinate, and direct TAB field activities for assigned projects
- Lead, mentor, and support TAB technicians to ensure productivity, quality, and safety
- Communicate clearly with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and field crews to keep work aligned and on schedule

- Sign-on Bonus + Company-paid TAB or NEBB Certification (prep, training, and exam fees included).
- Compensation is aligned with the union wage scale, ranging from $75 to $85 per hour based on union designation.
