The purpose of this job is to provide operational support to the restaurant management team. This position will supervise restaurant activities during non-peak service hours and other hours as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining Brand and PTC restaurant operational standards, executing shift plans, following up on assigned tasks, assisting the management team, and working hourly positions. The role is accountable for hospitality and Speed of Service (SOS) goals, providing direction to team members, ensuring cleaning processes are followed, monitoring labor usage and break policies, adhering to restaurant plans/objectives, assisting with training, and ensuring compliance with all Brand and PTC processes, policies, and safety standards.
