What You'll Do: Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure meal service runs smoothly Lead, train, and support food service team members Prepare, portion, and serve meals according to menu and nutrition guidelines Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards Communicate with school staff and ensure a positive dining experience for students Step in wherever needed - you're the go-to for keeping things running right! Requirements

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in food service or a related role
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to food safety, quality, and cleanliness
  • Enjoyment of working in a school setting and around children
  • High School or GED
  • Speak and read English
  • Be able to lift 40 pounds or more

Nice To Haves

  • Food Handling certification preferred but not required
  • Some experience helpful

Responsibilities
