Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of systems to ensure alignment with organizational processes and objectives.
Coordinate collaboratively with IT and other departments to facilitate seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Manage projects from initiation through to completion to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budgetary constraints, and compliance with established quality standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.
Standardize and automate routine tasks and develop best practices for data management and reporting.
Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to meet their system needs.
Act as a liaison between finance and IT to provide training and support ensuring effective system utilization.
Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to deliver accurate and timely data.
Analyze information to identify trends and opportunities and create dashboards to support executive decision-making.
Perform additional tasks as required, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing data security, conducting audits, and providing advanced technical support.
