Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of systems to ensure alignment with organizational processes and objectives.
  • Coordinate collaboratively with IT and other departments to facilitate seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Manage projects from initiation through to completion to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budgetary constraints, and compliance with established quality standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.
  • Standardize and automate routine tasks and develop best practices for data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to meet their system needs.
  • Act as a liaison between finance and IT to provide training and support ensuring effective system utilization.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to deliver accurate and timely data.
  • Analyze information to identify trends and opportunities and create dashboards to support executive decision-making.
  • Perform additional tasks as required, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing data security, conducting audits, and providing advanced technical support.
