About The Position

The Lead Facility Technician at Oak Grove Recovery is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of the facility. This role ensures a safe, clean, and efficient environment for staff and clients, while supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead facility maintenance team members.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external vendors when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Assist in budgeting and planning for facility improvements.
