About The Position

As a Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the
crucial role of leading a seamless operation and upkeep of our organization's
physical facilities. Your role encompasses both maintenance and engineering
expertise, ensuring that facilities remain well-maintained, safe, and
energy-efficient while optimizing operational processes. Your strategic
planning, technology utilization, and attention to detail will not only enhance
the longevity of our facilities assets but also minimize operational costs and
environmental impact.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing equipment and/or building
systems and components by providing technical support and expertise. Your deep
understanding of operating principles and processes will contribute to the
efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations. Your attention to
detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact the success of our
business by ensuring that our facilities and equipment are operating at their
best.

Work hours will be 5:30am to 2:30pm, 8 hours a day. On-call rotation will equal
one Saturday approximately every 6 weeks.  

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, including technicians and custodial workers, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Experience with CNC Machinery operation, diagnostics and repair.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that facilities are well maintained, compliant with regulations, and operate at peak efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to ensure that maintenance work meets established standards and that issues are promptly addressed.
• Collaborate with other departments, senior management, and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and communicate maintenance updates and plans.
• Oversee the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance, and store functions within Honeywell.
