About The Position

Lead Executive Assistant to VP At Honeywell, we are seeking a highly strategic and proactive Lead Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. Reporting directly to the VP, Finance Business Analysis & Planning / VP Controller , this position operates from our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule and plays a critical role in enabling leadership impact across the business. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and brings sound judgment, discretion, and executive presence.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority demands with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.
  • Own and optimize complex executive calendars, aligning priorities with business objectives.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings across leaders, functions, and time zones, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense coordination with precision.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications with exceptional quality and professionalism.
  • Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with confidence and discretion.
  • Drive follow-through on action items and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
  • Support strategic initiatives, leadership projects, and special assignments.
