Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Primavera.
Master's degree in construction management or related field with 2 years experience in construction project engineering and management required

Responsibilities

Perform accurate and comprehensive cost estimates in construction projects
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises to identify potential cost efficiencies
Evaluate subcontractor bids
Negotiate terms
Make recommendations for selection
Conduct analysis of project plans, specifications, and requirements to identify potential risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
