About The Position

Elements Massage of Nutley is seeking a passionate, experienced Licensed Esthetician to fill the role of Experienced Practicing Licensee (EPL). The studio consistently leads the Elements organization in skincare performance and operates with a "Fans First" philosophy, creating "un-ordinary" experiences. The EPL will serve as the heartbeat of the esthetics department, balancing their own client services with elevating the entire team. This role is ideal for a leader who loves mentoring others and helping clients look and feel their best.

Requirements

• A Licensed Esthetician in NJ with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• A confident communicator who can mentor a team with warmth and clarity.
• A professional who thrives in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
• Availability: 4–5 days per week, including one weekend day and one evening.

Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to resource for protocols and product knowledge.
• Support the client journey by coaching the team on service protocols, rebooking, upgrades, and retail education.
• Ensure our studio remains a gold standard for state board sanitation and professional excellence.
• Partner with management to ensure our backbar and retail shelves are always ready for our "fans."
