At Hasbro, we're a global play and entertainment company committed to Creating the World's Best Play and Entertainment Experiences. We connect with millions of fans through our beloved brands, including NERF, MY LITTLE PONY, TRANSFORMERS, PLAY-DOH, MONOPOLY, MAGIC: THE GATHERING, and DUNGEONS & DRAGONS. We believe in the power of play to bring people together and create lasting memories. Our team members share a passion for innovation, storytelling, and creating joy for fans of all ages. The Lead Enterprise Architect is a senior leadership role that provides enterprise-wide architectural direction and guides cross-domain technology decisions. The role sets and governs enterprise architecture standards and guides major cross-domain technology investment decisions in partnership with architecture, engineering, and business leaders, focusing on architectural direction, alignment, and trade-offs rather than hands-on solution design or implementation. This role works in close partnership with domain architects and engineering leaders, setting architectural guardrails and decision frameworks that teams use to design and implement solutions, while maintaining enterprise-wide coherence. As technology initiatives span multiple platforms and domains, architectural decisions increasingly require enterprise-level trade-offs. This role exists to guide those decisions early, establish clear decision practices, and ensure technology investments align to a coherent long-term direction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technology roles, including enterprise or solution architecture experience
  • Proven familiarity with enterprise systems across GTM, Finance, Supply Chain, and Data domains
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-domain enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of application, data, integration, and platform architecture
  • Proven ability to guide cross-domain trade-off decisions and influence outcomes
  • Clear communication skills with senior technical and business leaders

Responsibilities

  • Assess new technologies based on enterprise value, risk, and long-term fit
  • Lead and develop a team of enterprise architects
  • Strengthen architecture’s role in accelerating delivery and modernization through timely, effective decision support
  • Establish and maintain a clear view of current-state architecture, including platforms, dependencies, and risks
  • Translate architecture data into actionable insights for prioritization, funding decisions, and long-term planning
  • Ensure architecture materials are concise, practical, and decision-focused
  • Define architecture governance, including decision forums, decision rights, escalation paths, and engagement models
  • Engage early in initiatives to guide decisions during shaping and reduce downstream rework
  • Guide architectural decisions across cross-domain initiatives (e.g., GTM, product lifecycle, commercial, planning, enterprise content platforms)
  • Resolve cross-domain trade-offs to ensure coherence, scalability, and long-term value
  • Evolve the enterprise architecture function, including frameworks, governance practices, and engagement models
