About The Position

Enterprise Integration Architect, Lead The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to modernize and improve how enterprise systems work together, for employees and for agents? As an integration architect, you understand how critical it is to connect applications, data, and workflows in a way that is reliable, secure, and scalable. On our team, you’ll design and build integration solutions that connect core business systems, internal platforms, and emerging AI-enabled services. Your work will focus on enabling cross-application workflows, automation, and reusable integration services across the enterprise. You’ll work with technologies such as MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, REST APIs, messaging and event platforms, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure, to deliver integrations from design through production. You’ll collaborate with engineering teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders to ensure integrations are aligned to real business processes and operational needs. In this role, you’ll help reduce friction between systems, improve data flow across business processes, and enable automation and AI-driven capabilities across internal operations. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building enterprise integrations and API-led connectivity architectures
  • 3+ years of experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms, internal applications, and legacy systems using APIs and synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, and deploying integration solutions into production environments
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for integration services, including tools such as MUnit
  • Knowledge of integration security practices, including authentication, authorization, and secure API exposure
  • Ability to translate business processes and system requirements into scalable integration designs and deliver them hands-on
  • Bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor, in day-to-day development
  • Experience integrating AI or LLM-based services into enterprise workflows
  • Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka or Azure Event Grid
  • Experience with monitoring and observability for distributed systems
  • Knowledge of other integration platforms or API management tools
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or relevant Cloud Certifications such as AWS or Azure Certifications
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer Certification
