Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
- Proven track record in delivering scalable software solutions.
- Expert knowledge of programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong experience with modern architecture principles and patterns.
- Familiarity with technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Banking and/or Fintech is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design software architecture specifications to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Apply modern architecture principles and patterns including microservices and cloud-native.
- Leverage advanced technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud services.
- Improve and enforce software engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor software engineering teams and cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Collaborate with product management and technology teams to translate market needs into software solutions.
- Research and evaluate new technologies for adoption and integration.
- Monitor software performance and address any quality or security issues.
- Document and present architecture and design to stakeholders.
