Within SED, the Office of Enterprise Analysis (OEA) creates insights through analysis as the trusted provider of independent analytic rigor in the NRO decision making process. We conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis studies at enterprise and system levels that support the full systems engineering cycle including architecture concept development; mission utility and end-to-end performance assessments; budget planning; requirement definition with associated technical performance measures; system reliability and risk management; and product and data quality evaluations. We host an analysis environment and suite of software tools which can be used across a wide variety of domains. Our enterprise analysis is independent and focused on supporting the NRO and stakeholders across the greater IC and DoD communities, clearly communicating accurate and credible information to the NRO leadership, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), and Congress to ensure procurement decisions are fully informed by NRO corporate knowledge, history, and on-orbit experience.
