As a Lead Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will support System Level Test Stations, ensuring the successful execution of testing activities and delivery of high-quality results for Aerospace products. This role will also involve providing Jump Network Support, including setup, troubleshooting, Jump PC setup, config, updates; Test Station setup and troubleshooting. Responsibilities This role will resolve anomalies with Test Software/Test Station/Unit Under Test Investigations, working with a cross-functional team within Honeywell’s Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and CSC. You will also support ongoing and future modernization efforts in this role. You will play a key role as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, supporting both hardware and software engineering, ensuring quality standards are met. Develop, design, and debug hardware in sub-assembly and system level testing. Provide software support for testing and debugging sub-assembly and system level assemblies. Develop and execute procedures for functional testing of sub-assembly and system level products. Continuously improve testing techniques and workflows to optimize efficiency and product quality. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in circuit card assembly testing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with hardware equipment debug and functional test.
• Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting test stations, sub-assemblies and system level products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to develop expertise in advanced testing platforms and tools.
• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience with industry-standard software tools for test automation and system debugging.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and standards.
