Related core services provided by our Business Excellence Team are strategic and operational analysis, implementation of Lean methodologies and tools as well as the definition of process and standards. Coaching a team of Process Engineers and leading continuous improvement initiatives, the design, operation, standardization and control of processes is the responsibility of the Lead Process Engineer. Managed and guided by the Program Management the Lead Process Engineer consults with internal & external stakeholders in various organizations. Function as an in-house process driver and coach of matrixed operating department. Define need or problem, gather and analyze data, and advise recommended course of action. Perform process redesign and organization analysis studies to promote efficient and effective development of new generation vessels and current fleet modernization. Assist Program Management with development, implementation and maintenance of Lean methodologies and tools. The Program is aimed to improve business performance across the department portfolio. This role will use advance planning, workflow methods, risk management and quality management to support the program (& project) objectives. Furthermore, provide expertise and best practice implementation with regard to the process improvement discipline.
