The Lead Empowerment Specialist is responsible for day-to-day mission integration employee support program activities. RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Implements and may provide input into strategic goals for organization and the Employee Empowerment Network. Responsible for day-to-day employee support program activities. Assesses employee needs and assists in the development of individualized solutions. Conducts research, evaluates data, and reports on findings, supporting the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs. Enters employee progress and program performance data into case management software. Has familiarity with the budget, may provide input into spending decisions, particularly as pertains to vendors, systems, and projects. Typically works on projects and initiatives that span 12 months – 2 years.
