As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a talented and ambitious Lead Electrician to play a key role in helping build and lead our dynamic service department. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience in service. Candidates should be willing to train and coach in addition to running service calls.

Requirements

5+ years of residential electrical experience in service
Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven
Valid driver’s license
Knowledge of computer systems and software, ideally Service Titan
Excellent leadership skills and the drive to succeed

Nice To Haves

Licensed Master Electrician preferred

Responsibilities

Run residential electrical service, maintenance, and inspection calls
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
Complete whole house rewires
Lead and train electrical team members
As needed, willing to supervise large projects in the field and work with customers and technicians to quote large sales projects
