Eaton's Power Reliability Division is currently seeking a Lead EHS Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our South Milwaukee, WI facility. As the Lead EHS Analyst, you will be part of the EHS Department and provide environmental, health, safety, and security support to a site of approximately 400 employees. In this role, you will be accountable for supporting EHS activities at the site includes supporting achievement of EHS objectives and targets, internal reporting of EHS performance, communication of regulatory requirements, and ensuring documents are organized and readily available. This position is also responsible for supporting MESH assessment program; management of worker's compensation program; driving incident/injury management, including root causes and corrective actions; assuring accurate and complete EHS reporting of metrics; tracking closure of MESH and regulatory agency findings on a timely basis; administration of EHS specific training for the location; supporting actions during crises; site security, supporting the creation of a strong EHS culture that engages employees throughout the site in EHS teams and processes.
