About The Position

The Learning Sanctuary Camp Hill is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. We're looking for someone who is driven by a love for teaching, mentoring and learning, and who wants to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive and values-led environment. This role is Full-Time working 38 hours per week.

Requirements

Must hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services or be working towards Diploma with 50% completed
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
First Aid certificate
